In October 2015 we made a change to the way Inspections emails function as a part of Our Promise. Previously every time an inspection was added into HarcourtsOne either directly or via eOne iPad App the Listing Consultant/Property Manager would get an email. As this was per inspection/contact added this could be in excess of 10-20 emails on any given day.
Now the Listing Consultant/Property Manager will get 1 email per day with a summary of any inspections that were added that day. If there is more than 1 Listing Consultant/Property Manager on any property, any inspections added to HarcourtsOne will be included in both of their summary emails for that day.
