What's New In HarcourtsOne, Office/Personal and National Websites January 2018

ALL COUNTRIES:

Larger image sizes to be uploaded and exported - We have increased the image size H1 accepts from 1024 x 768 to now support 1920 x 1080. This is the new maximum size an image can be displayed or exported at.

 

Display Client Login documents and reports in order of the most recently added at the top - All documents and reports viewed in H1 Client Login are ordered with the most recently added at the top of the list. All documents and reports viewed in the public site Client Login are ordered with the most recent added at the top of the list.

 

 

 

NEW ZEALAND ONLY:

New HarcourtsOne Library is now available for all New Zealand users - NZ H1 users can now access the new and improved library in H1. All documents from the old library have been moved into the new library.

 

eForms for Auctions, Tenders and Deadline Sales - Office administrators can now produce eForms for Auctions, Tenders and Deadline Sales.

 

Sales consultant syncs to eForms - The listing sales consultants will now sync to the salesperson section of the eForm. This will sync up to 2 sales consultants and will be the primary and the secondary consultants on the listing.

 

 

 

AUSTRALIA ONLY:

Add missing items from HarcourtsOne listing to the REA export – When set the following listing features are now exported to realestate.com.au and all other exports that accept these:

  • Above Ground Pool
  • Inground Pool
  • Dishwasher
  • Workshop - Combined or Separate
  • Toilets
  • Fully Fenced
  • Remote Garage
  • Additional Study
  • Main Bedroom Built-In-Robe
  • Additional Rumpus Room
  • Gas Heating - Bottled or Mains
  • Garden Shed
  • Outdoor Entertainment Area


Export to farmproperty.com.au & horseproperty.com.au – Offices can now request to enable their listings to export to farmproperty.com.au and horseproperty.com.au. Options to export to these sites will then be available for selection for any of their Residential, Rural, or Rental listings.

 

 

Sold listings can now be directly exported to realestate.com.au and do not have to be listed as available first - Previous to this release, listings had to be first advertised as available to be uploaded to realestate.com.au. Uploading the listing with a status straight as Sold would fail.

 

Example scenario: an office has a number of sections for sale in the same subdivision. They export one listing to real estate.com.au as available, and sell all the sections off the back of the one advert. As each section is sold, users are now able to add Sold listings into H1 and export them to realestate.com.au to appear in the sold section.

 

Email notification when listings are 5 days from expiration - An email will now be sent to the sales consultant when a listing is 5 days from authority expiration and every day until the listing is altered. This email will notify them that their listing is about to expire, and they should resign or renew the listing.

 

Sold listings to update to the portals when confirmation date or possession date has passed - Listings will now not only export to the portals when the listing is updated but will re-export to the portals when the confirmation date or possession date has passed.

 

 

 

SOUTH AFRICA ONLY:

Allow mobile phone prefix 065 - The new South African mobile prefix 065 is now allowed in HarcourtsOne e.g. for SMS.

 

 

 

 

USA ONLY:

eOpen is now available in the USA - Current eOne subscribers are automatically subscribed to eOpen until June 30, 2018 for free. Note, this will not renew automatically.

 

 

 

 

INDONESIA ONLY:

Email notification when listings are 5 days from expiration

  1. An email will now be sent to the sales consultant when a listing is 5 days from authority expiration and every day until the listing is altered. This email will notify them that their listing is about to expire and they should resign or renew the listing.
  2. Listings of property type Residential For Sale, Business, Commercial Sale or Agricultural AND with a status of Available are automatically set to Withdrawn 30 days AFTER the expiry date has passed. This rule is ONLY applied to listings with Agency Types of Open, Joint, and MLS. This is NOT for Exclusive.
