Todd has worked in technology now for over 20 years across a broad range of industries in NZ, Australia, UK & Canada. Most recently he spent the past 12 years working with the Christchurch International Airport.
This has been an exciting time growing the ICT functions from a small infrastructure focused team to a large business outcomes focused group recognised by their peers as leaders in delivery of ICT services at airports.
Todd now looks forward to working with the Harcourts family and making positive change.
The focus of eBusiness is to provide world class Online and Mobile Tools, Products and Services that assist Harcourts Sales Consultants and Property Managers to increase their productivity and profile and support Harcourts Business Owners to recruit, retain and enhance their teams.
Prior to joining Harcourts in 2006, Gregg held the position of Director of Strategic Development for Prudential California Realty, the 4th largest Real Estate network in the US, before being acquired by HomeServices of America, A Berkshire Hathaway Affiliate.
From 1994 to 2000, Gregg was Director of Strategic Development for Ray White Real Estate Group. As Director, Gregg was a key member of the management team who was responsible for supporting and expanding the network throughout Australia, New Zealand and Asia. Gregg lives with his family in Adelaide where he started his Real Estate career in 1989.
ICT Support Engineer - eBusiness
Clive has been a tech enthusiast from a young age, and has worked in IT support since 1998, moving from the UK to Christchurch, New Zealand in 2007 where he started working for the Harcourts Helpdesk. A few years later he also started working with Gregg Toyama on eBusiness including the Harcourts iOS and later Android apps. In 2015 he moved to Brisbane with his wife, and started working full time on eBusiness, based in the Brisbane office.
Rob Ham entered the real estate industry in 2005 in Perth, Western Australia. A career which has spanned across a range of roles within offices: Leasing Consultant, Property Manager, Department Manager and Business Development Manager. Whilst in Perth Rob was also involved in the Real Estate Institute of Western Australia’s (REIWA) Property Management Network Committee.
Rob moved to Melbourne in February 2010 to join the Harcourts Victoria Corporate Team as the Business Operations Manager. As the Business Operations Manager, Rob implemented ‘The Harcourts Way’ Systems and Office Procedures into new offices in Victoria, and trained / supported existing offices.
Rob has now moved into the role of International Business Operations Manager for Harcourts International which will further his evolving Corporate and Technology career. In this role Rob is in charge of training, supporting and creating resources for the Harcourts Business Operations Manager’s around the world. At Harcourts Rob along with the Business Operations Managers are striving to provide World Leading Solutions to all Harcourts Offices and Team Members.
Technology Business Analyst
With around 14 years with the Harcourts technology team, Jo has a wealth of knowledge and experience of all our Harcourts systems and processes.
Jo works closely with the Chief Information Officer during a new software project or process to assess the risks and ask those questions that probably only someone with her knowledge would think to ask.
She is also the key contact for Harcourts corporate team and focus groups to manage all change requests to our systems.
Prior to this role, Jo spent five years as a key member of Harcourts Helpdesk supporting Harcourts offices and individuals in their usage of the extensive and expanding suite of Harcourts’ technology products and systems.
